Surely you know how it feels to face an ever-growing mountain of work, despite working at full speed. Demands and expectations regarding the quality of our research are high, pressure to publish is no less, and frequent interruptions and additional work with tight deadlines is par for the course. As much as we enjoy our scientific work, at some point the feeling of strain sets in. This calls for new approaches to how we deal with our precious time and resources!

    Practice-oriented input sessions, reflection, interactive and practical exercises, individual discussions and exchange of experiences. Max. number of participants: 12. Course language: English.


    Student workers are welcome to participate in the training, subject to availability.
