Mini-Resilience Training: Living and working in challenging times
WWB-Area | Learning field
Work and management techniques | Mental Health
Many academics currently find themselves in a challenging work situation. A lot of demands need to be juggled: Homeoffice, teaching and communicating digitally, possibly a doctoral thesis that needs to be pursued, and for some also children who need homeschooling and care. On top of that, many experience worrying about their health, the overall pandemic situation and individual economic and career-related uncertainty.
During this mini training, tools are provided that help you to structure your daily schedule in a sustainable way, find a positive outlook on the future and deal with stress and tension.
- feeling more comfortable in the body, easing tension in the neck and shoulder area
- identifying stressors and difficulties of the current situation
- accessing individual resources
- developing a sustainable daily schedule
- envisioning a positive personal and professional future
- dealing better with acute states of stress
Movement and mindfulness exercises, resource-oriented individual and peer coachings, theoretical background on resilience. Max. number of participants: 15.
